Working under the tutelage of his father for many years, Brandon brings his own style of leadership to the R & D Caulking team. He is responsible for the overall Field Operations and is personally involved in every project the company undertakes. His disciplined, skilled approach has earned him plaudits on every job. Project pricing, budgeting, scheduling, cost management and strategic planning are his forte. His number one goal on every job is simple: satisfied clients.

Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, Bobby is obsessed with one thing: bringing his client’s vision to life. To accomplish this goal, he puts his diverse expertise and strong leadership skills to work every day. Bobby ensures every project is completed on time, on budget and meets or exceeds the high expectations of his clients. He’s responsible for managing every project detail to support the Project Superintendents and Estimators to ensure that every job flows smoothly from start to finish
